Matt Tabora-Roberts
Matt Tabora-Roberts brings a creative and fun style to his training, coaching and facilitation. His (useful) background includes meeting design, corporate strategy, trainer, facilitator, teacher (K-12 and university), branding consultant team lead, dishwasher/caterer, professional actor/theater teacher/director, and dad. He cares MOST about keeping the work active, engaging and practical. Much of his work focuses on unleashing creativity, helping clients get “unstuck” and seeing things in a new way. He remains an active theater artist and performer. Influences include design thinking, Positive Psychology, experiential education, clown presence, VIA strengths, and the “Yes, And” approach of improvisation.
Mary Scanlan Smith
Mary Scanlan Smith brings a creative, authentic, and fun coaching approach to our workshop labs. She has over 20 years of experience helping corporate teams gain clarity, alignment, and momentum through visual facilitation. She has a special passion for helping individuals and teams release work, life, and relational stress, so they can focus on engaging their unique gifts within their community.
Matt joined Robert’s Consulting. Focus: Meyers Briggs, team building, improv trainer.

Matt joined Ernst & Young to support Dynamic Design meeting support and facilitation.
Mary started supporting design sessions with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
2004
Matt and Mary began supporting multiple consulting firms through facilitation and meeting support.
Matt directed Portland YouthBuilders, a marketing and design firm and training program focused on video, print, and web design and production for local non-profit clients.
Mary started coaching individuals to help them release stress and anxiety, and become leaders in life and work.
Matt became Chief Operating Officer of Esper House, focusing on strategy consulting.
Mary earned ACC level FCPC Executive Coaching certification with International Coaching Federation.
Matt and Mary discover creative ways to connect across time zones, countries, and continents, to keep good collaboration happening.
Mary and Matt co-designed and facilitated their first workshop together for industry peers. It was GOOD!
Mary and Matt Join forces to offer collaborative workshops. Both completed Positive Intelligence training and earned certification as Positive Psychology Practitioners.
