WonderSpark Labs’ adventure began during the pandemic. When the crisis hit, so did major shifts in priorities and perspective (both for corporate teams and the individuals on those teams). The way we were used to working was forever changed. As workshop facilitators, we realized our “normal way of working” was no longer a thing. No one was meeting in person. Before long, our collaborative nature led us to finding new solutions for ourselves and others.
We started having virtual meetups to support each other as friends and colleagues in the best way we knew how, through the art of creative collaboration solutioning. We created open spaces for sharing our experience, perspective, skills, ideas, and inspiration. It became clear that something amazing and powerful was emerging. There were new opportunities to develop, experiences to leverage, and expertise to build. We designed and engaged in cross training with our international network of facilitators, trainers, knowledge workers, and artists.
Early in 2022, in an effort to spark inspiration in our colleagues, we designed and offered a Find Your Purpose workshop. It. was. FUN. AND despite working over zoom, the sessions were alive and engaging. As we helped others imagine a different future for themselves, we found we began to as well. We became activated in the pursuit of a new vision of how we could work. So… we got into the lab… built, designed, experimented, failed, read, studied, listened, cataloged, crafted, shaped, lifted, and pushed. And now we are excited to help you (and your team), discover, define, and take value aligned action toward your goals.
