Matt Tabora-Roberts
Matt Tabora-Roberts brings a creative and fun style to his training, coaching and facilitation. His (useful) background includes meeting design, corporate strategy, trainer, facilitator, teacher (K-12 and university), branding consultant team lead, dishwasher/caterer, professional actor/theater teacher/director, and dad. He cares MOST about keeping the work active, engaging and practical. Much of his work focuses on unleashing creativity, helping clients get “unstuck” and seeing things in a new way. He remains an active theater artist and performer. Influences include design thinking, Positive Psychology, experiential education, clown presence, VIA strengths, and the “Yes, And” approach of improvisation.

Matt joined Ernst & Young to support Dynamic Design meeting support and facilitation.
2004
Matt began supporting multiple consulting firms through facilitation and meeting support.
Matt directed Portland YouthBuilders, a marketing and design firm and training program focused on video, print, and web design and production for local non-profit clients.
Matt became Chief Operating Officer of Esper House, focusing on strategy consulting.
Matt discovers creative ways to connect across time zones, countries, and continents, to keep good collaboration happening.
2021
Matt co-designed and facilitated first workshop for industry peers. It was GOOD!
Matt Joined forces with his network to offer collaborative workshops. Completed Positive Intelligence training and earned certification as Positive Psychology Practitioner.
Launched WonderSpark Labs.
