Meet Our Leadership

Matt Tabora-Roberts

Matt Tabora-Roberts brings a creative and fun style to his training, coaching and facilitation. His (useful) background includes meeting design, corporate strategy, trainer, facilitator, teacher (K-12 and university), branding consultant team lead, dishwasher/caterer, professional actor/theater teacher/director, and dad. He cares MOST about keeping the work active, engaging and practical. Much of his work focuses on unleashing creativity, helping clients get “unstuck” and seeing things in a new way. He remains an active theater artist and performer. Influences include design thinking, Positive Psychology, experiential education, clown presence, VIA strengths, and the “Yes, And” approach of improvisation.
